- Own and evolve our end-to-end billing and payment ecosystem, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Collaborate closely with engineers to implement technical solutions, including API integrations with various platforms.
- Develop and maintain internal tools, such as a CRM admin dashboard, to provide customer support and other teams with essential payment and customer data.
- Prioritize and manage a substantial product backlog, making strategic decisions to deliver impactful improvements quickly.
- Identify opportunities to optimize our product catalog, checkout flows, and payment processes.
- Partner with finance and sales teams to ensure accurate and efficient billing operations.
- 1-2 years of product management experience.
- A technical aptitude and comfort working with engineers and understanding API integrations (no prior billing/payments experience required).
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively and make trade-offs in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to assist in the rapid prototyping and wire-framing of new features and improvements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Basic SQL knowledge (ability to write and understand simple SQL queries).
- Previous experience in a B2B SaaS company.
- Experience with payment gateways or CRM tools.
