For our AutoScout24 Munich office we are looking for a Billing Operations Manager.

As Billing Operations Manager (m/f/d), you will shape the backbone of our revenue operations. You’ll be the bridge between business and tech, ensuring our billing systems are robust, scalable, and aligned with evolving pricing strategies. This role is perfect for someone who loves turning complexity into clarity and driving cross-functional impact.
What you will do
- Lead billing projects & systems: Manage end-to-end billing processes and system architecture, drive billing-related projects from concept to delivery, prioritize initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals
- Translate business needs into solutions: Convert complex requirements into technical specifications, collaborate with CRM and development teams on implementation and design, document and validate billing workflows
- Partner across the organization: Act as the primary point of contact for billing matters, gather requirements from Sales, Pricing, Product, Analytics, and CRM teams, and provide expert guidance and alternative solutions
- Manage change & enable new pricing models: Evaluate and implement change requests across billing systems, ensure systems support new pricing, invoicing and revenue models, communicate changes and create alignment across teams
- Ensure integration, compliance & reporting: Oversee CRM-to-billing integration and data quality, implement audit trails, compliance, and revenue recognition practices
What you should bring
- 5+ years of experience in billing systems and revenue operations
- Technical understanding of CRM and billing software architectures
- Experience implementing complex pricing models and understanding of financial reporting & revenue recognition
- Strong project management background
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills; fluent in English; German would be a plus
