We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to work on a world class enterprise solution across a number of highly agile cross-functional and global teams in a fast paced and dynamically changing competitive landscape. With your product management experience, you have an ability to interpret global business strategy and fluid objectives into product deliverables across complex projects and multiple internal and external stakeholders.
As the Product Manager – B2B cloud solutions, you will be responsible for defining the overall vision for an enterprise solution of Samsung Knox, by identifying the needs of the audience, driving user engagement and conversion, prioritizing user stories, while actively handling customer-impacting issues and demonstrating impact and success.
More importantly, as the work environment is fast paced, you have the aptitude and the willingness to deep dive into new business initiatives in order to decompose opportunities into discrete product management artifacts, such as product roadmaps, requirements, and user stories. The Product Manager will take the lead on executing the strategy and feature sets to enhance the solution for our enterprise customers.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Provide a best-in-class products and services for Samsung Knox, delivering key feature sets and functionalities to our enterprise customers
  • Set clear product goals and strategy, including how the solution should evolve to meet customer needs
  • Actively review and refine the experience of customers, ensuring that the solution and its features are designed with a customer-first mindset
  • Closely collaborate with data analytics, UX design and research, engineering, QA, operations and business teams to ensure that the product vision and roadmap gets executed
  • Define and articulate both functional and non-functional requirements, including the rationale behind feature changes in order to drive product clarity
  • Balance shifting priorities, limited resources, and dependencies; change direction quickly where necessary
  • Ensuring adherence to product management processes related to change control, documentation, etc.
  • Assess and evaluate new business opportunities and continuously ideate innovation for the solution, including market and competitive research
  • Closely collaborate with the strategy team to ensure best positioning of the solution for maximizing cross and upsell opportunities
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) on set metrics to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of end-to-end product lifecycle experience with a focus on technology innovation
  • Domain knowledge of cloud-based solutions including enterprise mobility management
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on stakeholder management, negotiation and persuasion, and comfortable working across different cultures and time zones
  • Proficient in creating product requirement documents and utilizing tools such as confluence and JIRA
  • Technical experience gained in software development, systems integration or solutions architecture
  • Experience across multiple software development methodologies, specifically Agile
  • Highly organized with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Ability to confidently deal with ambiguity and uncertainty
  • An aptitude to learn and to innovate in a rapidly changing environment

Skills and Qualifications

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $94,900 to $122,800 and reflects base salary only. Actual pay will be determined based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, competencies, qualifications, relevant skills and experience.

The total rewards package for a Regular Full-Time employee may include variable incentive, savings matching (RRSP/TFSA/NRSP), extended health and dental benefits with spending accounts, wellness and well-being benefits, development opportunities, and other employee perks.
