Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute country commercial plans (strategy & business planning) in alignment with global & regional marketing strategy

• Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development

• Provide country level forecasts for demand planning & help address/manage supply interruptions with customers

• Develop, localize and execute demand generation marketing programs, including marketing campaigns, customer education programs etc.

• Create promotional tools to support value proposition & messaging and adapt to local needs

• Develop & roll-out local launch plan & materials based upon global launch toolkits

• Deliver key product training for internal & external stakeholders

• Organize and manage local congresses / meetings

• Support tender contract process by providing product-level details & specifications

• Provide key customer insights & market trends incl. competitor intelligence to BU head, country leadership team and/or regional and global business unit from all relevant stakeholders

• Strong collaboration with cross functional teams

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor`s degree required

• +3 to 7 years work experience in product marketing/sales in medical devices or pharma

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills using both qualitative and quantitative market data for developing strategic plan

• Computer proficiency: MS-office

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean.

• Competencies in collaboration, communication, strategic thinking, teamwork, customer focus, and achieving results
