Role Description

Are you a strategic thinker passionate about driving impactful product innovation? Join Kantar Media as a Product Manager for Atria (Cloud), where you’ll lead the development of our core backend processing and panel management system.

The Product Manager (PM) of Atria (Cloud) supports the development and performance of data capture and processing streams. An existing PM and two product owners work alongside the Atria PM. A third PO looking after ATEN/Portal will be included in the day-to-day partnership on the Atria Platform.
 

The team is jointly responsible for the entire lifecycle: analysis, monitoring, development, maintenance, and continuous improvement. They will need to become an expert on this Azure Cloud based software and how it is deployed across the world and work closely with the Atria IT team(s), and those responsible for metering/audio content recognition, and online data capture and processing teams to ensure delivery of quality E2E solutions

Role Scope

  • Define and execute strategic product roadmaps that prioritize market needs and fuel business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate client and market demands into innovative products and features.
  • Manage all stages of the product lifecycle, from demand assessment to go-to-market delivery.
  • Work with global stakeholders to ensure products meet industry needs and achieve long-term commercial success.
  • Build consensus across teams while challenging assumptions to deliver impactful results.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the process of defining and maintaining the product strategic vision and mission that should drive the portfolio.
  • Responsible for delivering product to meet the goals, customer segments and defined use cases
  • Accountable for product portfolio management and remove and add product features where applicable based on market assessment and revenue or cost savings viability. Manage all stages of the product lifecycle.
  • Assist in producing the product roadmap for their business sector and be able to articulate this for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide product specifications and manage the backlog(s) and set the prioritisation
  • Support in monitoring Atria related Product P&Ls and other Product Health KPIs (Client Sat; Client Usage) and develop the product roadmap in response to these evidence-points from Market.
  • Construct the business cases for new investment in conjunction with the Senior director audiences and direct colleagues responsible for TAM and CMAM.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Telecommunications or equivalent, enriched with technical knowledge
  • Demonstrable knowledge on Programming Languages, Data Management Tools and Cloud solutions
  • Previous experience in roles focused on systems responsible for the processing and editing of data and able to demonstrate practical knowledge of what is involved in Product Ownership for these types of systems.
  • Have strong communication and leadership skills to navigate in a dynamic/global organization across multiple countries.
  • Teamwork and team-player. Skillset to create a very closely working team based on a clear vision on the Atria Cloud platform.
  • Knowledge of agile and scrum methodologies, Product Owner certification or similar is a plus
  • Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
  • Established background in developing, launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams and high degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, understanding of Agile principles
  • Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills and functional understanding of customer business processes
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Are highly proficient in spoken and written English (we are an international team), other languages are a plus
