PRIMARY PURPOSE:
MGM Associate Product Manager is responsible for supporting digital solutions to the most critical customer problems and business opportunities. They are passionate about building a skill set that combines engineering, design, and business knowledge with an existing deep empathy for customers to create engaging experiences across MGM's physical and digital properties.
- Participate in cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders across MGM to identify high value areas that will impact both customer and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with finance, analytics, and operational teams on business cases for each opportunity, then participate in discussions with stakeholders to create clear, data and business outcome driven strategies.
- Provide thought leadership in new areas of tech that will be essential for your product features to scale.
- Partner with the senior product manager, architecture, and program team members to identify then manage dependencies, risks, and opportunity costs to maintain an efficient, value driving road map that provides a measurable impact on MGM’s financial results.
- Partner with a senior product manager, engineering, design, and operational team members to produce thoughtful and customer focused product features that provide an easy and memorable experience.
- Continuously drive your product’s feature performance towards committed goals, customer needs, and operational excellence to ensure your strategy achieves the desired results.
- Own the quality and results of your product features by leading the user testing and establishing KPI monitoring with QA and Analytics partners.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to effectively participate and facilitate in data, design, and engineering discussions.
- Ability to work collaboratively to deliver excellent business results without direction.
- Ability to communicate in English, in both written and oral form.
- Possess a broad understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.
- Knowledge of software design, integrations & development best practices.
- Working understanding of evolving industry trends, practices, and standards.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills.
- Comfortable speaking/presenting internally and externally.
- Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts.
- Ability to collect and provide clear requirements, identify measurable goals, and give insight into industry trends.
