Your MissionAs a Product Manager for ArrowSphere Cloud, you will own the product lifecycle end-to-end. You will define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs—particularly around cloud distribution and AI-driven innovation.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Management- Define and drive the ArrowSphere Cloud product roadmap aligned with strategic goals
- Gather, prioritize, and translate user needs into product requirements
- Work closely with engineering, DevOps, and UX teams to deliver high-value features
- Monitor product performance (KPIs, adoption, usage) and continuously optimize
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product initiatives
- Contribute to the evolution of cloud distribution models
- Integrate and promote AI / GenAI capabilities within the platform
- Identify opportunities to enhance business processes through AI
- Support adoption of AI-driven solutions across the distribution value chain
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: sales, marketing, finance, operations, support
- Engage with cloud vendors and strategic partners
- Ensure alignment across stakeholders and drive effective communication
- Support RFPs and contribute to positioning ArrowSphere in strategic opportunities
- Support go-to-market strategies for new features and offerings
- Develop and maintain product assets (presentations, demos, documentation)
- Partner with marketing teams to drive demand generation (campaigns, events, content)
- Ensure proper communication of product releases internally and externally
- Train internal teams (sales, support, business development)
- Enable partners and customers to effectively use the platform
- Create training materials and educational content
- Drive change management and foster adoption of new tools and processes
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Product Manager
- Strong experience in cloud distribution (vendor, distributor, or partner ecosystem)
- Strong interest and understanding of Artificial Intelligence / GenAI topics
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, and digital ecosystems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in an international environment

- Fluent English (mandatory)
