The Teads Amplify team is poised to rapidly innovate and use automation to empower customers like no other time in its history.
This is a unique opportunity to join a high performing team that will shape how we scale the Amplify platform.

Within Amplify, In-App is a scope that can cover a wide portfolio of projects that aim to focus on bringing in new business/product opportunities to advertisers.
The focus will be to enable customers to reach audiences in new ways, including a renewed focus on In-App formats and opportunities.

About the opportunity 

You would be the PM who works within the following product areas to drive new budget growth:

  • In-App 
    • CPI optimization, creative formats, and integrations
  • AI Optimization - assemble creatives on behalf of advertisers and optimize their delivery to increase performance. Opportunities include:
    • Dynamic Creative Optimization 
    • AI driven content creation suite
    • Predictive performance insights
    • Possible integrations with external AI platforms 
    • Automatic campaign creation with dynamic set up recommendations. 
    • Automated campaign generation 
    • Performance alerts and recommendations to drive performance and scale.

What will you do?

  • Work closely with business, marketing, and advertisers to understand advertiser needs and to develop product requirements.
  • Work with the team to develop and champion product vision and strategy for the Campaign Automation product areas.
  • Work with product managers, engineers, data scientists, product designers, marketing, sales and a wider set of cross-functional partners to design, implement, and launch delightful products that improve business performance.

What will you bring to the team?

  • 4 years of Product Management experience. 
  • 2+ years of Experience in the In-App eco system.
  • Proven track record of delivering against budget goals in a measurable way.
  • Experience with building enterprise-user or end-user products.
  • A track record of developing and championing product strategy and vision. 
  • A compelling influencer with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Looking for someone who is going to change us and have the backbone to think and propose alternative solutions.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Insightful, innovative and adapts well to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and execution skills.
  • Excellent English - need to excel in effectively communicating in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant Ad Tech experience in the above listed domain areas.
  • Proven experience working with cross functional teams (marketing, sales, etc).
  • Experience with Machine Learning
