You'll shape how our platform creates meaningful revenue while delivering exceptional user experiences. In this role, you'll lead product from discovery through implementation and beyond, scaling what works through data-driven insights. Your primary responsibility will be to increase key business metrics through strategic product development and optimization.

As a Product Manager, you'll collaborate closely with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-impact features from concept to launch. You'll work hands-on with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into product specifications, and drive clarity in ambiguity, and maintaining relentless focus on both product quality and business results. Success in this role means delivering seamless renter and customer experiences that drive key metrics through strong technical collaboration, thoughtful prioritization, relentless focus on data quality, and continuous iteration.

This position is in office Monday through Friday in Atlanta, Georgia.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver best-in-class renter experiences by driving the end-to-end execution of new product features — from concept to launch — in close collaboration with Design, Engineering, SEO, and Analytics
  • Translate product requirements into clearly scoped, actionable plans, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution with minimal oversight
  • Partner with design to craft modern, engaging, and intuitive user interfaces that showcase property listings and key renter decision-making details
  • Develop a deep understanding of our data architecture and landscape to apply sound governance principles and uphold listing integrity.
  • Collaborate with third-party data providers and internal stakeholders – to support scalable integrations that meet product requirements and business goals
  • Partner closely with engineering to evaluate tradeoffs, actively participate in technical discussions, and identify scalable solutions that balance feasibility, impact, and speed.
  • Use experimentation frameworks and A/B testing to validate hypotheses, improve feature performance, and move both primary and secondary metrics forward
  • Analyze user behavior, feature performance, and product KPIs to identify opportunities for iteration and optimization
  • Act as the connective tissue between cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and shared accountability on product deliverables

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College
  • 3+ years of digital Product Management experience with a proven track record of delivering industry-leading software consumer products and solutions
  • Extensive experience partnering with engineering teams to build, test, and launch features in lockstep with one another and in close coordination
  • Extensive experience collaborating with design iteratively to balance product goals and consumer experience
  • Skilled at translating product ideas into wireframes, mock-ups, workflow diagrams, or journey maps for effective communication
  • Experience using SQL, Google Analytics, FullStory, PowerBI, and/or similar analytics tools to extract insights and evaluate product performance metrics
  • Familiarity with building data-powered consumer experiences that leverage API integrations or other data ingestion mechanisms
  • Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • A track record of commitment to prior employers

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of digital Product Management experience or comparable experience working on products in a technical capacity
  • Experience using product management tools such as Azure DevOps/TFS, Jira, Asana, Aha!, Monday.com
  • Experience using Maze, UserTesting, UserZoom, Dovetail, and/or other user research tools
  • Experience in planning and launching A/B or multivariate experiments to optimize features and drive KPIs
  • Experience in residential, multifamily, or commercial real estate is a plus
