Lead the Amperit product area: evaluate and answer technical customer inquiries for feasibility and strategic fit, review specifications, support production transfer from powder engineering to production sites, monitor manufacturing costs and raw-material quality, plan capacity and cross-site production, manage complex customer complaints and RCA, and represent product managers across production areas.

Ihre Aufgaben:
• Bewertung und Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen im Hinblick auf Machbarkeit und strategische Umsetzung unter Berücksichtigung von Synergieeffekten innerhalb der Höganäs-Gruppe (z.B. Produktionsstandort), Fertigungskosten und Anlagensicherheit
• Spezifikationsprüfung und Beantwortung von technischen Kundenanfragen
• Begleitung vom Produktionstransfer vom Powder-Engineering bis zum Produktionsstandort
• Überwachung der Fertigungskosten im Bezug auf Synergie-Ausbeute-Verschiebungen, Überwachung vom Rohstoffeinsatz im Bezug auf die erforderliche Qualität

• Ermittlung der benötigten Bedarfe im Bezug auf Möglichkeiten und Kapazität des Amperits Bereichs sowie Kapazitätsbedarfsplanung für den aktuellen BP und FC 

• Unterstützung bei Standort übergreifender Produktionsplanung

• Reklamationsbearbeitung: Kunden-Ansprechpartner für komplexe Reklamationen, Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von RCA-Analysen sowie Auswertung der Ergebnisse, Ableitung von geeigneten Gegenmaßnahmen und Überwachung deren Umsetzung
• Vertretung der Produktmanager in den anderen Produktionsbereichen     

   

Ihr Profil:
• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bachelor / Ing. (FH) / Chemotechniker oder Industriemeister
• Min. 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der chemisch-metallurgischen Industrie
• Kenntnisse in der mechanischen, chemischen und thermischen Verfahrenstechnik, Industrie-Ofentechnik, anorganischer Chemie sowie Pulvermetallurgie
• Wissen in Betriebswirtschaft, Qualitätsmanagement und Arbeitssicherheit

•  Deutsch- (C1) und Englischkenntnisse (B2-C1)
• Gute EDV Kentnisse: Excel, Word, Powerpoint, M3 und CRAM

Skills Required

  • Bachelor / Ing. (FH) / Chemotechniker or Industriemeister
  • Minimum 10 years experience in the chemical-metallurgical industry
  • Knowledge of mechanical, chemical and thermal process engineering, industrial furnace technology, inorganic chemistry and powder metallurgy
  • Knowledge of business administration, quality management and occupational safety
  • German language skills C1
  • English language skills B2-C1
  • Good IT skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, M3 and CRAM
