Your key responsibilities as a Product Manager (AI) will include:

• Owning the product roadmap for our AI-first squad, driving the development of market-leading solutions.
• Acting as both Product Manager and Product Owner, balancing strategic vision with hands-on delivery.
• Discovering and validating customer problems through research, interviews, and data insights.
• Prioritising features and initiatives to maximise impact and deliver value at speed.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, marketing, and commercial teams to bring products to market.
• Championing AI adoption across the business and ensuring successful commercialisation of AI products in the B2B space.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Product Manager (AI):

• You must have a proven track record of building and launching AI-driven products end-to-end.
• You will have strong experience in B2B product management, including successful commercialisation of new solutions.
• You should have worked in fast-moving squads or start-up-like environments and be comfortable with ambiguity.
• You will be skilled at uncovering customer needs and translating them into impactful product features.
• You must have excellent prioritisation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical teams.
