Amperos Health is healthcare's first AI-native denial management and revenue recovery platform. Our agentic AI works claims end-to-end, from portal follow-ups and payor calls to appeals and medical records, so providers can resolve more denials, recover more revenue, and focus on what matters most: serving patients.
We just closed a $16M Series A led by Bessemer Venture Partners, with continued participation from Uncork Capital and Neo. We're still small, still early, and going after a $260B+ problem that's only getting worse. If you want to work on hard problems that matter, alongside people who care deeply about the mission (and each other), we'd love to meet you.
About the role
To date, product decisions have been founder-led. We are looking to assemble an elite team of the best product managers to own large, AI/software product surfaces. These agentic products might span across voice AI, browser agents, clearinghouse APIs, etc. You’ll immerse yourself in the world of healthcare billing, become an expert in specific front office and back office workflows, and ship AI agent workflows that have immediate impact for our clients.
What you’ll do
Think deeply on a product surface, not just a single product or feature. Drive product discovery with existing clients and prospective customers to understand and articulate their problems.
Claude Code. Codex. Cursor. Build products, features, demos.
Ship high quality products and features that deliver both customer value and business outcomes (ARR + # customers).
Lead pilots, implementations, and enterprise commits with customer success for new product initiatives
Work closely with the founding team, engineering, customer success, and GTM to create new product and business verticals
Become a domain expert in healthcare billing and revenue cycle management
Define success metrics and AI evals to know what’s working and what’s not
Own the product strategy and roadmap for new agents
Talk to customers every day
Who we’re looking for
5+ years of experience in product management
Technical background
Domain experience in the RCM space
Experience leading large, complex product surfaces in B2B or highly antiquated industries
Excited to flex between new 0-1 product initiatives as well as scale our core product from 1-X
Bias towards action. Fast. Get things done. Execution comes naturally to you
Organized. You nerd out on the latest Linear features. You write nice Notion docs. You always know what your team is working on and when things are shipping
High agency. You don’t need much instruction to create results. You pride yourself on being able to just figure things out
Analytical. Fluent in SQL and making your own dashboards to monitor what’s going on and discovery new trends (we use Claude, MotherDuck, Posthog)
Great communicator both verbally and written. You proactively push necessary information to the team rather than the team needing to pull info from you
Previous founder is a plus
In-person culture at our Flatiron office in NYC with paid lunch and dinner
Flexible hours and time off

Lead with Empathy - Great products and teams are built on empathy—whether for our customers, users, or team members. We take the time to walk in others' shoes, listen actively, and truly understand their challenges, needs, and perspectives.
Humbly Ambitious - We combine humility with ambition. No task is beneath us, and no challenge too big. Greatness comes from being willing to do whatever it takes, while having the courage to take bold risks and learn from failures.
Radical Agency - Own your domain. Drive initiatives with autonomy and accountability. Think deeply, communicate with the team, and maintain a bias for action.
What We Do
We’re on a mission to power back-office operations, supercharge admins in their workflows, and spark legacy healthcare software with AI-first experiences. Our team has seen first-hand how ever-expanding burdens imposed by insurance have made running and growing a medical practice increasingly difficult. With growing prior authorization requirements and claim denial rates, providers are seeing lower revenue, higher staff burnout and higher costs to collect revenue, all while patient outcomes suffer. Our vision is that each provider has a suite of AI co-workers that supercharge its staff by dealing with all the workflows related to insurance, meaning providers can spend less time on administrative tasks and more on what healthcare is meant to be about: patient care.
