The Role

Soho, London 
Monday to Thursday in the office with Fridays off (full salary maintained) - this new 4-day work week is a 6-month trial, starting 19th May 2025.


The Role
 

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager who is both passionate about AdTech and ready to shape the future of a product used by millions! Responsible for defining the product strategy and developing the roadmap, you will work with internal and external stakeholders to identify requirements and take our Adtech Stack to the next level.

Key Responsibilities  

  • Own the ad-tech stack, leading the roadmap and execution for the domain from vision, ideation, to delivery, tracking and optimization
  • Become the domain specialist, represent it and work to drive value across all platforms and teams
  • Rapidly find flaws in the systems, helping to identify process improvements
  • Coordinate the different disciplines in-house and with 3rd parties to deliver great features that generate additional revenue uplift
  • Translate market needs into well-defined product requirements that can be executed upon by development teams
  • Evaluate the potential impact of new feature development in terms of usability, ROI, and advertiser experience.
  • Work closely with development, UX, sales, and other teams to ensure alignment across the wider product and business teams
  • Clearly communicate technical concepts and constraints to non-technical stakeholders
  • Assess the potential impact of new ad formats, targeting strategies, and industry regulations
  • Share relevant industry knowledge with internal teams to drive innovation and collaboration. 

Skills, Knowledge and Experience 

  • Proven commercial product management experience in the ad-tech industry
  • Understanding with the Ad-tech ecosystem, especially in-app monetization and header bidding
  • Programmatic ad-monetization experience  
  • Good understanding of ad servers, SSPs, campaign trafficking, targeting, reporting, and optimization practices
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value propositions and prioritise product development for maximum impact
  • Experience implementing and integrating ad tech tools, and a strong understanding of web technologies
  • Experience leveraging data to inform product decisions, analyse campaign performance, identify trends, and drive improvements.
  • Understanding of privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their implications for data usage and advertiser campaigns.
  • Prior experience in online marketing and in the ad-tech industry
  • Detail-oriented with proven analytical abilities and problem-solving skills 
  • Development background – an advantage
