About the Role:As Product Manager for Acquisition & Activation, you will take full ownership of the first steps of our customer journey, ensuring they are seamless, secure, and designed for growth. Your mission is to turn traffic into loyal customers by combining data-driven insight, product excellence, and cross-company influence.
This is not a role for someone who just manages tickets or backlogs. We’re looking for a Product Manager who thrives in empowered product teams (PM + Design + Engineering), applies solid product methodologies in both discovery and delivery, and takes radical ownership of outcomes. You combine strategic thinking with deep analytical skills, turning traffic into loyal, engaged customers by designing, testing, and scaling data-driven experiences that define how thousands of users first encounter KingMakers.
You will own and scale the Acquisition & Activation scope, including:
- Identity & Access: Login, Registration, Account Recovery & Authentication systems
- Onboarding: Welcome guides and first-time user journeys
- Activation: Flows that convert new customers into active, engaged users
- Growth Channels: SEO-driven traffic and landing pages
- Partnerships: Affiliate tracking & partner integrations
- Define and execute product strategy that drives acquisition, activation, and long-term engagement, tightly aligned with company growth goals.
- Own the funnel end-to-end: analyze acquisition and conversion data, identify opportunities, and drive measurable improvements.
- Lead experimentation at scale: design and execute A/B tests with rigor, validating hypotheses and iterating fast.
- Work in empowered product teams (Product, Engineering, Design), applying discovery and delivery practices that drive outcomes, not just outputs.
- Influence across functions: align Marketing, Growth, Engineering, Design, and Support to deliver cohesive customer journeys.
- Translate marketing promises into product realities, ensuring seamless user experiences across Paid, SEO, and Affiliate channels.
- Collaborate with Engineering & Design to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in growth, identity, attribution, and onboarding, bringing best practices into KingMakers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management within B2C digital products.
- Proven track record in growth, acquisition, onboarding, or activation.
- Highly analytical mindset: funnels, cohorts, and conversion metrics are second nature; you can extract insights and drive decisions autonomously.
- Strong grounding in product methodologies: discovery, experimentation, empowered product trios, outcome-driven roadmaps.
- Ability to influence and align stakeholders across teams and at multiple levels of seniority.
- Expertise in SEO, attribution models, affiliate tracking, and growth loops.
- Background in authentication, identity, and secure access flows.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to bring clarity and alignment.
- Bonus: technical background or experience in regulated industries (fintech, gaming, betting).
