Jeeves is looking for a Product Manager who understands accounting to drive our Accounting & Finance Automation work. You'll build products that accountants, controllers, and finance teams use to manage corporate spend across 20+ countries — automating manual workflows, ensuring data accuracy, and connecting Jeeves to the ERP and accounting systems our customers rely on.
What you'll do
- Ship improvements to the accounting user experience: spend data management, reconciliation, compliance, and audit trails
- Identify and validate AI automation opportunities — prototype solutions, know when AI fits vs. when deterministic rules are required
- Drive integration work with ERP and accounting platforms (NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Run customer discovery with controllers and CFOs; turn findings into clear specs engineering can build
What we're looking for:
- PM with financial systems experience — 3+ years of B2B SaaS/fintech PM experience building products that integrate with ERP or accounting platforms
- Working knowledge of GAAP/IFRS
- Strong analytical skills (SQL, data analysis)
- Hands-on comfort prototyping with AI tools, and excellent written communication.
- LatAm accounting and compliance knowledge is a big plus.

Skills Required
- CPA, CA, or equivalent accounting certification, OR accounting degree plus 2+ years in accounting/controller/finance operations roles
- 2+ years in product management, product operations, or technical roles working on financial software (Profile 1)
- 3+ years product management experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or platforms with complex integrations (Profile 2)
- Proven track record building products that integrate with ERP systems or accounting platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
- Strong analytical skills: comfortable with SQL, data analysis, and building models
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP and/or IFRS) and finance team operations
- Hands-on comfort with AI tooling: prototype, test, and evaluate model outputs
- Understanding of system integration and data flows between platforms and architectures
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to write executive strategy docs and present to CFOs
- Strong customer discovery skills: interview controllers, accountants, finance managers, and translate into product requirements
- Based in Latin America (preferably Mexico, Colombia, or Brazil) and willingness to work across global time zones
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
- Experience with expense management, AP automation, or spend management products
- Background in management consulting with finance/accounting transformation focus (Bain, BCG, McKinsey)
- Experience with global, multi-entity companies and knowledge of SOX, internal controls, and audits
