How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
The EPC Product Manager Plant Design (2D / 3D / E&I) will treat the Schematic-to-Model workflow flow as a high-performance product, to ensure absolute data synchronization, and provide a seamless 'Digital Thread' from the first 2D diagram to the final 3D design deliverable.
Product Manager will own the “Diagram-to-Model workflow and lead on the functional shift of legacy 2D/3D data from SmartPlant into the Aveva UE environment.
Define Digital Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own the product scope across the DDS organization. Define the overall product strategy, vision, and yearly technical roadmaps aligned with business and domain roadmaps. Prioritize features based on value, impact, and feasibility, oversee product timelines, analyze market trends, and validate strategic trajectories with the Domain Manager.
Pilot Financial Envelope & Performance Management: Maximize financial success, optimize profitability, and improve operational efficiency. Own and manage the product budget (covering operating costs and cost allocation models), monitor KPIs and financial metrics, manage licenses and track usage rates, and analyze user satisfaction insights.
Own Product Engineering Design & Delivery Management: Ensure end-to-end product design and delivery aligned with strategic objectives and agile practices. Leverage technical guidance from architecture and technical solutions teams, synchronize release cycles with customer priorities, manage product retirement/obsolescence, maintain product documentation/release notes, and support rollouts via training and change management strategies.
Drive Cross-Functional Team Coordination & Project Management: Coordinate cross-functional teams for project and operational excellence, and act as Project Manager when designated by the Domain Manager. Partner daily with the Solution Owner on trade-offs between speed and technical robustness, validate that requirements meet Group safety and cybersecurity standards, and act as the primary translator between the business/users and IT.
Direct Supervisor: EPC Product Portfolio Manager.
Key Interactions: Domain Managers, other Product Managers, Product Experts, and the Global Technical Services Director - Solutions.
Are you a MATCH?
Degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or equivalent.
Work experience: >10 y EPC Plant Design; > 3 y AVEVA E3D and AVEVA Diagrams
Understanding the Digital & IT profession (planning, building, deploying and running digital solutions)
Deep functional knowledge of AVEVA E3D and Aveva Diagram - Exposure to SmartPlant suite is a plus.
Strong ability to drive its products with stakeholders in different geographies
Knowledge on financial and operational controlling
Good understanding of Data, Digital and IT domains
Strong analytical mindset focused on problem solving and effective decision making and a passion for automation and reducing "time-per-task"
Fluent English.

Skills Required
- Degree in Engineering, Business, or IT (or equivalent)
- More than 10 years EPC plant design experience
- More than 3 years hands-on experience with AVEVA E3D and AVEVA Diagrams
- Deep functional knowledge of AVEVA E3D and AVEVA Diagrams; experience migrating SmartPlant data is a plus
- Understanding of digital and IT lifecycle: planning, building, deploying and running digital solutions
- Knowledge of financial and operational controlling (budgeting, license management, KPIs)
- Strong ability to drive products with stakeholders across different geographies
- Good understanding of Data, Digital and IT domains
- Strong analytical mindset, problem solving, and passion for automation and reducing time-per-task
- Fluent English
- Exposure to SmartPlant suite
