We are looking for a Associate Product Manager to join our growing team!

What you will do :

  • Primary responsibility is to conduct in-depth product analysis, including market research, competitor benchmarking, and user feedback evaluation to inform product strategy and decision-making.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize product performance and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on product metrics, highlighting key trends and recommendations for improvement.
  • Gather and analyse data from various sources to conduct regular evaluations to assess product performance against goals and benchmarks.
  • Use statistical techniques and data visualisation to interpret trends and patterns.

What are we looking for :

  • Experience: Up to 1-2 years of relevant experience in same or similar domain
  • Education: Mandatory Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems
  • Data Analysis: Proficient in utilizing data analytics tools to derive actionable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Product Evaluation: Skilled in assessing product performance, user feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, demonstrated through the preparation of comprehensive reports and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in data analysis, documentation, and requirement gathering.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify problems, gather relevant information, and propose practical solutions to improve product performance and user experience. An ability to balance technical and business considerations in decision-making.
