Product Management - Technical Analyst II
Overview• Do you find fun in dabbling with large datasets?• Are you passionate about solving business problems with data-driven insights?• This role is a unique opportunity to learn about Payment Technologies from a data driven lens.• In this role, you will be part of a strategic team that operates with the aim of enhancing our technology regulatory resiliency through the use of data analytics to derive meaningful insights which drives continuous improvement in our regional operations. You will be guided on how to examine data findings to support regulatory compliance as you partner with the stakeholders to develop ways to improve our critical business operations .
The Role:• Collect and validate data from various sources and ensure readiness for analysis• Transform data into the right data set before analysis• Assist in the quantitative analysis of data and generate reports of analysis• In-depth understanding of data and data sources in the organization• Assists senior team members in the development of tools, documents and presentations• Executing data analysis, regulatory reporting reviews and other quality assurance procedures• Execute quantitative analysis of data and generate operations reports
All about You:• Degree in Computer Science /Information Science/Information Technology/Data Analysis OR some demonstrable experience in Information Management (or industry certifications and comparable experience) will be preferred. • Some exposure to multiple types of coding (SQL, Python, Excel-VBA)• Some exposure to PowerBI and Tableau for dashboard reporting• Sound understanding of the principles of data analysis• High-energy, detail-oriented and proactive with the ability to function independently• High degree of initiative and motivation with a willingness and ability to learn and take on challenging projects under the guidance of the team will be essential for the success of the role. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to provide insight driven narratives• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and have a collaborative and team-player mindset with the willingness to learn new knowledge and concepts.
