In Greece we conduct business through our joint venture with the National Bank of Greece, NBG Pay. NBG Pay provides merchant acquiring services to small, medium, large and corporate merchants across Greece. Services include the authorisation, clearing, and settlement of credit, debit and prepaid card transactions between cardholders and merchants.
What you’ll own
Drive the product vision for the assigned portfolio and act as the product’s champion within the company.
Shape and maintain the product roadmap based on customer feedback, usage metrics, and competitive research.
Manage the Product Life Cycle for portfolio product offerings.
Work closely with internal teams including Product Development, Services, and Sales to strategically improve the product portfolio.
Collaborate with customers and partners to improve products and inform future development.
Actively support sales with product expertise, consulting, tools, and collateral.
Maintain accountability for product P&L, including revenue and profit growth for existing and new products in assigned markets.

What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or a related field (Master’s is a plus)
6+ years proven experience in a similar role, ideally within payments industry
Relevant Experience in similar business product services and/or external customer/market experience
Excellent command of the Greek and English language (both written and verbally)
Experience in a software development environment or in a professional services role will be preferred
Direct experience with software development, testing, and/or business analysis will be preferred
Experience with Agile software products and delivery methodology will be preferred
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
High standards in professionalism and fostering positive customer experience
Ability to multitask in a complex environment
Proven organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
