As a Product Management Specialist II here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in managing and driving the success of our product portfolio. You will be responsible for supporting product lifecycle management, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure our products meet customer needs and business objectives.

You will report directly to our Sr Product Manager and you’ll work out of our Atlanta, GA or Plymouth, MN location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the strategic direction and execution of product initiatives, contributing to the growth and competitiveness of Honeywell’s offerings in the market.


Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support product lifecycle management activities including planning, development, and launch.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, sales, and marketing to align product strategies.
  • Assist in the development of product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
  • Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Proven experience in product management or related roles, particularly in building management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management and market analysis techniques.
  • Technical acumen related to BMS technologies, including HVAC and lighting, systems.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver product goals.

The annual base salary range for this position in Minnesota is <$88,000 - $110,000>. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
