Product Management Leader
Lead the Advanced Visualization and Insights product portfolio within Imaging Informatics, shaping value propositions, business models, and go-to-market strategies for integrated healthcare informatics solutions. In addition, the role leads and develops a high-performing design team, ensuring user-centered design principles are embedded across the portfolio and consistently translated into intuitive, high-impact user experiences.
Your role:
- Drive the Advanced Visualization & Insights portfolio strategy, value propositions, commercial requirements, offer design, pricing, lifecycle management, and roadmap execution to meet global and local market needs.
- Lead, coach, and develop a globally distributed team of talented product managers, while acting as a proactive member of the Advanced Visualization and Insights leadership team and driving product management excellence, knowledge sharing, standardization, synergies, and competency development.
- Leads and develops a high-performing, multidisciplinary product management and design function, embedding user-centered design principles across the portfolio and ensuring delivery of intuitive, high-impact user experiences. Ensures design excellence is tightly integrated into product strategy, development, and innovation.
- Build deep customer, market, and commercial insight by working closely with customers, global markets, industry partners, sales and marketing teams, and cross-functional colleagues across Engineering, Architecture, Program Management, Product Management, Market Services, Service and Solution Delivery, Business Development, Cloud Hosting and Operations, and Portfolio Marketing.
- Own the definition, development, and governance of product content across releases, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment of product messaging, catalog, documentation, and sales enablement materials throughout the lifecycle.
- Co-own and shape the integrated Advanced Visualization and AI strategy, portfolio, and go-to-market approach in partnership with the AI Product Management Lead, while identifying new value-creation opportunities and joint go-to-market plans with relevant Informatics and Modality businesses across Philips.
- Act as a thought leader and industry spokesperson for Advanced Visualization, representing Philips with customers, colleagues, and at relevant industry events, including education, enablement, and trade show activities.

You're the right fit if:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years’ product management experience in large, complex organizations, with senior-level customer-facing experience engaging executive stakeholders.
- Healthcare industry experience is required.
- Deep familiarity with the full Product Development Lifecycle Management (PDLM), with experience leading product activities across ideation, development, launch, and in-market lifecycle phases.
- Ability to build thought leadership and motivate sales and marketing teams.
- Proven ability to drive innovation and influence across a global matrix organization, including working with international cross-functional teams.
- Results-driven, with strong problem-solving skills, sound business judgment, continuous improvement experience, and comfort working in a changing environment.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This role is an office-based role.
