Magic Eden is on the lookout for an experienced Product Manager to help shape the future of our exchange! We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused leader with experience in consumer mobile apps and growth-focused product development. You’ll have a strong background in two-sided marketplaces, a keen eye for scaling user adoption, and the vision to explore uncharted territories in the NFT and digital assets space. This is an opportunity to become a thought leader in the industry while working with an amazing cross-functional team.

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the mobile product experience at Magic Eden, optimizing for engagement, liquidity, and user retention

• Develop and execute a product vision and roadmap that aligns with company strategy and prioritizes high-impact initiatives

• Lead growth-focused initiatives by driving user acquisition, activation, and retention through A/B testing, personalization, and incentive mechanisms

• Define the future of NFTs and digital assets, tapping into new user segments, new trading mechanics, and emerging asset classes

• Leverage data-driven decision-making, setting clear KPIs and running experiments to validate product hypotheses

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and capitalize on opportunities

• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and Operations teams, as well as the founders, to align priorities and execute product go-to-market strategies

• Champion the customer voice, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience

What you bring:

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager

• Proven experience in consumer mobile app product management, ideally in a high-growth environment

• Deep personal passion for crypto, NFTs, and Web3 technologies

• Expertise in multi-sided marketplaces, including supply/demand dynamics, liquidity, and pricing mechanisms

• Strong background in product-led growth, utilizing data analytics, user segmentation, and experimentation to drive user acquisition and retention

• World-class PM communication skills, with excellent cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced, iterative environment

• Experience building and scaling crypto, NFT, or financial technology products.

• Demonstrated ability to optimize marketplace performance, drive engagement, and execute growth strategies

The compensation for this position will vary based on geography and other factors (including years and depth of experience and expertise, and other business considerations). The base salary range for this role for the United States is 180K-$250K. Additionally, this full-time role is eligible to receive benefits, as well as participate in Magic Eden’s equity plan. Final offer package will be at the company’s sole discretion
