We've made a lot of progress since opening the doors in 1942, but one thing has never changed - our commitment to serve, heal, lead, educate, and innovate.  We believe that every award earned, every record broken and every patient helped is because of the dedicated employees who fill our hallways.

At Ochsner, whether you work with patients every day or support those who do, you are making a difference and that matters.  Come make a difference at Ochsner Health and discover your future today!

The Analytics Product Management Lead (remote) for Digital Medicine will serve as the dedicated strategic lead responsible for advancing the analytics ecosystem supporting Ochsner Digital Medicine, a nationally recognized program focused on remote management of hypertension, Type 2 diabetes, weight management, and hyperlipidemia. Digital Medicine combines connected health technology, remote patient monitoring, evidence-based clinical care, and personalized health coaching to deliver measurable improvements in outcomes, utilization, patient experience, and cost of care.
As the program continues to grow and mature, its analytics and reporting capabilities have reached a natural point of evolution requiring a thoughtful reimagining of the supporting product ecosystem. This newly dedicated role will partner closely with operational leaders, clinical stakeholders, Data Management, Epic BI, and Visual Analytics teams to help shape the next generation of analytics products and capabilities supporting Digital Medicine.
The Senior Analytics Product Manager will lead efforts to assess and optimize the current analytics landscape, strengthen product governance and alignment, and define a more streamlined, scalable, and trusted portfolio of analytics solutions. The role will focus on improving the usability, consistency, and strategic value of analytics products while supporting operational performance, clinical outcomes, population health management, financial impact measurement, and executive decision-making.
The ideal leader will bring a strong product mindset to analytics — balancing strategic vision with operational execution — while helping align cross-functional teams around shared priorities, trusted metrics, scalable data architecture, and an exceptional end-user experience. Success in this role will directly support Digital Medicine’s continued innovation and its mission to transform cardiometabolic care through technology-enabled, patient-centered clinical management.
