CareerOS is a B2B2C career platform serving 200+ top university programs worldwide — including Oxford, INSEAD, London Business School, Georgetown, and Notre Dame — along with 30+ employers. We support 500K+ users in finding jobs they care about.
We’re a small, high-output team based in Barcelona, operating with American startup intensity: we ship fast, own our decisions, and expect people to take responsibility early. We recently raised a multi-million euro seed round and are now scaling our product and team.
We’re looking for a Product Management Intern to work closely with our product leadership team for six months. This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn how products actually get built in a startup — by doing real work, not preparing decks.
What you’ll actually doYou won’t be shadowing meetings all day. You’ll contribute directly to how our product evolves.

Work closely with engineers and designers on concrete product tasks

Help prepare and run user interviews
Document and synthesise user feedback into clear insights
Support usability testing and feedback loops
Help define and document product tracking events
Query product data using SQL (with guidance)
Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards
Analyse feature usage and engagement to inform decisions
Create basic wireframes or prototypes using Figma or similar tools
Explore ideas quickly through low-fidelity mockups
Support early discovery work before features are built
Help prepare structured release notes and internal product updates
Support communication with marketing and customer-facing teams

Currently finishing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with ambiguity and incomplete information
Proactive and willing to take ownership of tasks
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in English
Interest in product management, technology, and SaaS businesses
Some experience with data analysis or SQL (academic or practical)
Familiarity with Figma or other prototyping tools
Curiosity about AI tools used in product, design, or development
You’ve built, shipped, or improved something before (project, startup, tool, community, etc.)
Let’s be explicit about fit:
❌ Not a slide-making or “stakeholder management” internship
This role is about execution and learning by doing.
❌ Not remote
This is an on-site role in Barcelona. You’ll work closely with the product team day-to-day.
❌ Not purely observational
You’ll be expected to contribute, ask questions, and deliver concrete outputs.
6-month paid internship in Barcelona
Direct mentorship from senior product leaders
Hands-on experience across product discovery, delivery, analytics, and user research
Real responsibility and ownership from early on
Exposure to how AI is used in modern product workflows
A strong foundation for a future role in product management
Team events, offsites, and daily life with a fast-moving startup team
Great coffee — and Coco, our office dog
Don’t check every box but think you’d be a great fit? Apply anyway. We care more about curiosity, ownership, and willingness to execute than perfect credentials.
