As a Product Management Intern, you will support the product team in turning customer insights and data into meaningful product decisions. You will work closely with the Lead Product Manager, UX researchers, designers, and developers to help shape user-centered features through research, analysis, and clear documentation.

What You’ll Do
  • Support the Lead Product Manager in planning and executing customer research initiatives, including surveys, panels, and interviews, based on provided briefs and training.

  • Draft survey questionnaires, align them with the UX researcher, and prepare structured result summaries using tables and charts.

  • Conduct, transcribe, and synthesize customer interviews in English and German, translating qualitative insights into clear takeaways.

  • Prepare and support panel research, producing concise reports with strong quantitative visualizations (charts and tables).

  • Analyze website user behavior using Google Analytics and similar tools to support product hypotheses and decision-making.

What You’ll Bring
  • Ongoing studies in Business, Product Management, UX, Psychology, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure data and insights clearly and visually.

  • Fluency in English and German, with confidence conducting and summarizing interviews in both languages.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, spreadsheets, and presentation software; experience with survey tools is a plus.

  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong communication skills and an eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
