Versapay is providing a great opportunity to join our product management team as a Product Manager Intern. This six-month internship will provide an amazing chance to work hands on in the day-to-day responsibilities of a Product Manager at a fast-paced, and dynamic fintech organization as well as the ability to create real value for customers while developing these skillsets.
You will be partnering with a Senior Product Manager with focus on improving and removing friction within the taking payments user experiences.
What You'll Do
- Assist in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions
- Support the development and launch of new product features
- Monitor product performance and suggest improvements
- Prepare product documentation and presentations for stakeholders
What You'll Bring to the Team
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Analytics, Business Administration, or Computer Science
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Passion for technology, product development, and the end-user experience
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with product management tools like Jira
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools
- Foundational knowledge of technical concepts
- Fundamental understanding of user centered design concepts
