We're looking for a Product Management Intern to join our Product Management team. Reporting to the Director, Product Management, you'll be responsible for:
- Drive product innovation by researching and recommending new service offerings, identifying market differentiators, and delivering actionable insights.
- Develop comprehensive financial models to evaluate and support strategic business initiatives.
- Partner with UX team to conduct user research and drive product experience improvements across the entire customer journey, from onboarding to daily operations.
- Perform in-depth competitive analysis of cloud security market trends and differentiators.
- Drive effective stakeholder communication regarding project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Rising Sophomore or Junior actively pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business or related field in progress
- A curious mindset and passion for learning.
- Experience with research, data analysis, or presenting ideas—whether through projects, school, or hobbies.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and communicate your ideas clearly.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Actively pursuing a MBA degree
- A knack for storytelling through data
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure or GCP—or excitement to learn about them!
- Interest in product management, strategy, or shaping the future of technology.
- Understanding of cloud security market and products – or interest in learning more about them.

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
Base Pay Range
$25—$50 USD
