About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and curious Product Management Intern to join us for Summer 2025. In this role, you’ll work closely with our product, engineering, and design teams to support product planning and development especially around our AI-enabled capabilities and platform experience. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company while contributing to impactful product initiatives.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, AI, customer success) to define and deliver features that solve real customer problems
- Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions
- Assist in writing product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Help manage product backlogs and sprint planning
- Analyze user feedback and product usage data to identify areas for improvement
- Work alongside a Product Manager and AI team member on key initiatives that may involve machine learning models, generative AI, and intelligent automation
- Contribute to internal documentation and help drive alignment across teams
What We're Looking For:
- Currently pursuing a degree inComputer Science, Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong interest in product management, technology, and problem-solving
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a customer-first attitude
- Previous internship or project experience in product, design, or engineering a plus
- Familiarity with Agile practices and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma) is a bonus
