Key Responsibilities 

Market & Business Analysis 

  • Support analysis of dialysis, renal care, and critical care market trends. 

  • Monitor competitor activities, product launches, pricing, and market developments. 

  • Gather and analyze sales and utilization data to identify growth opportunities. 

  • Assist with forecasting and demand planning activities. 

 

Product Management Support 

  • Support development and execution of product marketing plans. 

  • Assist Product Managers in managing product lifecycle activities. 

  • Help prepare promotional campaigns and product communication materials. 

  • Coordinate internal product launches and commercial initiatives. 

  • Support the development of customer value propositions and product positioning. 

  • Support preparation of internal meetings and business reviews. 

  • Maintain product documentation and project trackers. 

  • Document meeting minutes and follow-up action items. 

 

Event & Project Coordination 

  • Assist in organizing scientific meetings, workshops, webinars, and congresses. 

  • Coordinate logistics and communication with internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Track project timelines and ensure timely completion of deliverables. 

 

Qualifications 

  • Final-year student or recent graduate in Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, Business, Marketing, or related fields. 

  • Strong interest in healthcare, medical technology, or kidney care. 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and design apps 

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities. 

  • Comfortable working with data and translating insights into recommendations. 

  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

  • Project management and coordination. 

  • Presentation and storytelling skills. 

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
