As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our Sales Executives and Key Account Managers, enabling them to dedicate more time to customer engagement and selling activities. You will also collaborate closely with sector and portfolio marketing teams to update, customize, and deliver high-quality collateral and presentations that consistently communicate our value proposition, products, and services.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

·Create customized marketing collateral to support customer training and education initiatives.

· Manage and track marketing activities through Salesforce (CRM), including:

o Marketing campaign execution and reporting

o Trade show lead deployment and follow-up

o ROI tracking and reporting on sector marketing activities

· Utilize HubSpot for:

o Marketing automation for email campaigns and training webinars

o Maintenance and updates of landing pages

o Management of email distribution lists

· Build and maintain strong vendor relationships for collateral production and trade show booth management.

· Lead planning and execution of national trade shows and association events, ensuring brand consistency and seamless delivery of company objectives.

· Provide input into healthcare sector strategy and tactical planning, including:

o Activation plans

o KPI and goal setting

o Budget management

o Maintenance of a 12-month rolling sector marketing calendar

· Serve as the primary liaison with the global digital team for website updates and related needs.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

· Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred. High school diploma is a minimum requirement.

· 1 – 3 years of marketing experience including creation of material

· Strong project management skills

· Skilled at working with and analyzing data and trends

· Ability to solve problems, improve processes

· Attention to detail

· Ability to work cross functionally

· Business-to-business experience desired

· Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills

· Excellent presentation skills

· Computer savvy with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, CRM

The expected compensation range for this position is between $83,500.00 and $139,100.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
