Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product/Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, extensive experience in writing user stories, and a solid understanding of talent management platforms. The role requires managing multiple platform initiatives, working with diverse development teams, and continuously learning new tools and technologies to support delivery and execution.
Responsibilities
- User Stories & Requirements: Write comprehensive user stories using Jira or AzureDevOps applications. Elicit and document key requirements, acceptance criteria, user personas, non-functional requirements (NFRs), and process flows.
- Communication: Effectively communicate complex ideas both verbally and in writing, ensuring clarity and understanding among stakeholders and development teams.
- Platform Management: Lead and manage multiple platform initiatives simultaneously, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and are delivered on time.
- Development Collaboration: Work directly with platform development teams, including onshore, near-shore, and off-shore resources, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning by staying updated on new tools, technologies, and industry trends to enhance delivery and execution.
- Documentation: Create technical and end-user documentation for platform capabilities. Collaborate with product teams to ensure proper adoption and utilization of platform features.
- Backlog Management: Manage a prioritized backlog, organizing requirements into Epics, features, and stories to facilitate efficient project execution.
- Talent Management Platforms: Utilize strong knowledge of talent management platforms, including applicant tracking and performance management, to drive platform initiatives.
Qualifications
- Office 365 Proficiency: Strong written communication skills using Office 365 tools such as Outlook and Teams.
- Talent Management Expertise: Familiarity with talent management platforms, including applicant tracking and performance management, is a plus.
- Technical Documentation: Experience in creating technical and end-user documentation.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with diverse development teams, including onshore, near-shore, and off-shore resources.
- Strategic Alignment: Ability to align platform initiatives with strategic business objectives.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and provide innovative solutions.
