All about the role:

As a Product Line Specialist, you will lead the Product Line function in accelerating profitable growth across product categories by driving product launch execution, portfolio operations, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and regional teams to ensure strong product readiness, timely market launch, and effective product support in the Korean market. And the Head of Product line will report to you.

This role requires a hands-on, commercially minded professional who can connect product, market, and execution with speed and ownership.

What you’ll do:

Lead new product launch preparation and execution, including product information validation, launch coordination, system setup, and internal follow-up. Manage product-related operations, including SAP/system updates, sample coordination, product documentation, and launch-readiness tracking. Support product lifecycle management, including phase-in / phase-out, portfolio updates, pricing setup, and product data maintenance. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to prepare product support materials, product guides, claims, and launch-related communication. Collaborate with regional/central product teams to validate product information, provide market feedback, and support local business needs. Conduct market and competitor monitoring to identify product trends, launch implications, and opportunities for the Korean market. Support the development of business cases, product positioning, and local GTM preparation for new and potential products. Ensure smooth coordination across internal stakeholders to improve launch quality, speed, and operational efficiency.
