How you will make an impact:
Establish and implement the Hub Product Line specific quality strategy, regularly monitoring its effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement.
Ensure availability of QA and QC resources and confirm that staff are adequately trained and competent in their roles.
Analyze customer feedback and conduct assessments to identify opportunities for enhancement in product and process quality.
Drive resolution of quality issues through thorough root cause analysis, detailed investigation, and systematic follow-up, including preventive actions for test failures and customer-impacting incidents.
Promote compliance awareness and support factories in adhering to quality standards, including addressing findings from Critical Process Review (CPR) global audits.
Monitor, report, and communicate quality performance by analyzing KPIs, taking corrective actions, and sharing insights with senior management and stakeholders.
Manage, mentor, and develop Quality Managers and staff while upholding Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety, integrity, and compliance with applicable regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your background:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
At least 15 years of extensive experience in Transformer business in engineering, operations, Service or Quality function in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of quality management systems, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
Proven leadership ability to influence and mentor cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and exceptional communication, interpersonal skills to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels and foster a culture of quality excellence across the organization.
Proficiency in both spoken & written Turkish and English language is required.
