- Own the full product lifecycle—from concept to launch—driving growth and profitability.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact products on time and within budget.
- Translate customer insights into powerful product strategies and requirements.
- Shape Go-To-Market plans and pricing strategies that maximize value and margin.
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement through data-driven decisions.
- Proven experience in product management and successful product launches.
- Strategic agility and critical thinking to navigate complex challenges.
- Deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
- Collaborative spirit with strong interpersonal influence and integrity.

- Knowledge of life sciences sectors or laser / photonics products are deemed advantageous.
