Job Description

About the Role:


The Product Line Leader (PLL) is responsible for the overall strategy, growth, profitability, and lifecycle management of an assigned product line. The role translates market and customer needs into product strategy and leads cross-functional teams to deliver competitive, differentiated, and profitable solutions.


Work Location: Onsite – Zhubei City, Hsinchu County, Taiwan.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own product line strategy, roadmap, revenue, profitability, and growth.
  • Develop and execute annual and long-term business plans, including forecasting, pricing, and portfolio priorities.
  • Identify market opportunities through customer insights, segmentation, competitive analysis, and industry trends.
  • Define product requirements, positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, from new product development and launch through portfolio optimization and end-of-life.
  • Build strong customer relationships and translate Voice of Customer into product and technology priorities.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Sales, Operations, Service, and Quality.
  • Monitor product, business, and quality performance and drive corrective actions where required.
  • Enable the commercial organization with product knowledge, competitive intelligence, and customer value messaging.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Significant experience in product management, product line management, or commercial leadership, preferably within the semiconductor or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of business strategy, P&L, pricing, financial analysis, and product lifecycle management.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop product strategies and successfully commercialize new products.
  • Strong customer orientation with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a global organization.

Salary Ranges

NT$1,357,919.48 TWD to NT$1,837,185.18 TWD

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Significant experience in product management, product line management, or commercial leadership
  • Experience in the semiconductor or technology industry
  • Strong understanding of business strategy, P&L, pricing, financial analysis, and product lifecycle management
