Location: Los Angeles, CA
The Los Angeles office of Barnes & Thornburg LLP is seeking a Product Liability Litigation Associate to join its team.
Job Requirements:Two to four years of complex product liability litigation experience at a law firm.
Experience defending clients in both California state court and federal court.
Preferred experience with pharmaceutical products, medical devices, and consumer health or consumer-facing products.
Experience in all phases of litigation, including:
Discovery
Depositions
Motion drafting
Hearings
Trial or trial preparation experience is a plus.
Outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills.
Strong academic credentials.
Highly motivated to be part of an active trial practice.
Demonstrate initiative and an ability to assume responsibility for client matters.
Possess interpersonal skills to work well as part of a large, collaborative team.
Admission to the California Bar is required.
