Job DescriptionGrowth acceleration lead: Develop consolidated view on growth drivers and priorities (e.g., by analyzing marketing data, usability and conversion data, channel performance). Develop and execute impactful customer acquisition and activation initiatives (e.g., digital campaigns, gamification, brand partnerships, on-the-ground activations).
Product innovation & continuous improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, develop and optimize consumer-facing features. Drive product-led growth by implementing user-friendly features based on data-driven insights and analytical approach (e.g., digital marketing campaigns, usage of different Visa Pay features, on-ground activations).
Campaign Management: Design targeted marketing campaigns and ad strategies to maximize reach and return-on-investment (ROI). Collaborate with Visa marketing stakeholders and external agencies to launch, manage, and measure performance of campaigns.
Data Analytics: Utilize advanced analytics to identify market trends, consumer behavior, and campaign performance, informing strategic decisions including insights into consumer pricing decisions.
Performance metrics: Define and implement key metrics and analytics to define business objectives, align organization, and measure performance of key initiatives
Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Market analysis, understanding the needs of customers, and developing a strategic plan with stakeholders to successfully introduce and scale Visa Pay in target markets.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
•8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least
5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or
2 years of work experience with a PhD

•Strong problem-solving including issue identification, structuring, prioritizing,
and hypothesis-driven approach. Proven analytical and quantitative skills and
ability to use data to inform decision making.
•Strong communication skills (e.g., ability to synthesize, adjust to audience)
•Goal-oriented and curious
•Ability to develop trust-based relationships with key stakeholders in a complex
matrix organization
•Proficiency in data analytics and customer engagement platforms to optimize
operations and enhance user experience
•Proven experience in driving significant revenue growth and consumer savings
in a digital payments or fintech environment.
•Bachelor's degree from top-tier institution or similar academic experience
required
•10+ years of experience in fast-paced environments e.g., technology, financial
services, consulting, etc
•Payments industry experience preferred
•Ability/willingness to travel to target markets (10-15pct of time)
