Position Summary
Are you looking to make a meaningful impact? As a Product Learning Manager, you'll help employees successfully adapt to new finance processes, systems, and tools. You'll work with business leaders, subject matter experts, and training teams to create engaging learning experiences that support organizational change.
What You'll Do- Design and develop training programs and learning materials for adult learners.
- Create virtual, in-person, and self-paced online training.
- Use modern learning techniques such as microlearning and gamification.
- Translate complex topics into clear, practical learning experiences.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and performance goals.
- Manage training projects and communicate progress to leaders and business partners.
- Review learning data and feedback to improve training effectiveness.
- Support instructional designers by providing insights on different learning styles and audience needs.
- Strong collaboration and consulting skills.
- A proactive problem solver with a growth mindset.
- Creative thinker who enjoys improving learning experiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$60,300.00 - $132,600.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
