About the roleWe’re looking for an exceptional Product Lead to drive the next stage of growth for our high-velocity D2C digital product. We’re past the 0→1 stage and now entering a scale-up phase — your mission will be to help us 10x our impact over the next 3–6 months.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead the product vision, strategy, and execution for rapid scaling.
Work cross-functionally with engineering, growth, and design teams to deliver user-focused, data-backed improvements.
Drive continuous experimentation — from conversion funnel optimization to feature prioritization.
Balance user experience with commercial outcomes to maximize retention and LTV.
Establish clear processes and structure within a fast-moving environment while keeping the entrepreneurial energy alive.
Identify opportunities for automation, new product lines, and strategic growth bets.
Has 5+ years in product management, ideally in D2C or subscription-based digital products.
Experience as a founder, early employee, or product leader in a fast-growing startup.
Deep understanding of data-driven growth, conversion funnels, and user psychology.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver impact under pressure.
Energized by solving hard problems, owning decisions, and operating autonomously.
Comfortable working in ambiguity and wearing multiple hats.
