Key Responsibilities
- Oversight & Best Practices: Optimize product management processes, employing AI where possible and proactively identify areas for standardization and improved efficiency (e.g. Service Descriptions), document and implement.
- Roadmap Support: Oversee process for product managers in developing and managing roadmaps; coordinating feedback for process improvements, and preparing client and senior management-ready roadmap views near on-demand.
- Governance Coordination: Support execution of annual Wealth Investment Governance Board by defining and coordinating PM driven templates, supporting content creation, execute logistics and run of show and following up on actions.
- Strategic Support: Opportunity to contribute to ad hoc strategic client or internal projects and initiatives as directed by Senior Management, such as documentation and coordination across product for Strat Planning, Growth Day and Client Sales Opportunities.
- AI: Assist teams in utilizing BR AI tools to capture valuable product insights that support their strategies and client adoption. Contributing to and supporting the Wealth AI task force, and ideating on new innovations to support the COE and managing reporting and metrics.
What Success Looks Like:
- Implemented Service Description workflow and attestation process, including coordinated legal updates and tracking of common elements.
- Ability to produce on-demand roadmaps by product or Wealth overall as required both from clients and internally
- Efficiently executed internal events that impact and advance our strategic Wealth initiatives, providing clear actions and follow ups with stakeholders and clients.
- Become a Go-To Product COE expert in support of our Product teams, ensuring their success in delivering high quality roadmaps, ideas and processes.
- Delivery of well documented processes and best practices available to all associates, maintained and updated consistently
- AI driven process ideation and implementation of our product management process, creating efficiencies and best practices adopted across the COE.
