Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Product Lead to join our Grow (Wise Assets) squad in London. The role is a unique opportunity to join one of the largest fintech companies in the world. You'll be leading and growing our Product team to provide millions of people with frictionless and borderless money management.
Your Mission
Wealth without borders - We are fundamentally changing what it means to build wealth. Our mission is to empower every Wise customer to build and grow their money across any border, eliminating the friction, opacity, and cost the legacy system relies on.
Your Challenge: Building from Zero to One You are not coming in to manage an existing machine; you are here to build the engine. You will be creating a brand new product and revenue line for Wise from scratch.
We have the licenses (USA, UK, Europe, Singapore, Australia) and the customer base, but we need you to define what we build and how we take it to the world. You will be responsible for eliminating any reason for customers to keep their money anywhere else.
How you’ll be contributing to Wise:
You will hold the keys to our Global Investments Platform. This is a blank canvas opportunity where you will:
Define the Product Vision: You will decide what "effortless investing" looks like for a global user base. You will define the features, the user experience, and the investment assets we allow customers to access
Own the Commercial Strategy: You will build the commercial model from the ground up. You will determine how we price this to be transparent and disruptive, while ensuring it becomes a significant new revenue line for the company
Mastermind the Global Rollout: You will decide the "Where" and "When." You will analyze markets and regulations to determine which countries we launch in, in what order, to maximize impact
Lead Go-to-Market: You won't just build it; you’ll determine how we sell it. You will work with marketing and expansion teams to craft the narrative that convinces millions of users to switch their assets to Wise
Build & Inspire: You will scale and lead a product team to execute this vision, partnering with Engineering, Design, and Compliance to set the highest standards of execution
What you'll be doing:
Directly contribute to our mission to make money without borders the new normal – you will need to figure out and build solutions so that our customers can move money instantly, conveniently, transparently, and – eventually – for free
Build world-class products: The role is a unique opportunity to build innovative, state-of-the-art solutions with a global impact
Choose your path to impact – we believe people are most empowered when they can act autonomously. So rather than telling you what to do, you’ll work with your team to create a vision of your own. Of course, you can always gather feedback from smart, curious people across Wise but you’ll have the freedom to make your own calls

What you'll bring:
You are a builder. You are comfortable with ambiguity and love the process of taking a vague concept and turning it into a concrete, shipping product
You think like a founder. You care about the P&L, the regulatory constraints, and the user psychology equally. You want ownership of the entire vertical, not just a feature set
You are mission-obsessed. You want to figure out how to move money and assets instantly, conveniently, transparently, and—eventually—for free
- You crave autonomy. We don’t hire smart people to tell them what to do. You will report to the ‘Grow’ Squad Lead to help clear your path, but the strategy and execution are yours to own

Employees engage in a combination of remote and on-site work.
We expect new joiners in the office most days to build connections and learn from colleagues for their first six months. After that, most Wisers split their working week between the office and home, typically coming in at least 12 times a month.
