About the Role:
As a Product Lead, you will take ownership of the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and execution. You’ll lead a team of product managers and collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to build impactful B2B products that serve business owners, staff, and employees. This is a strategic leadership role focused on both building new products (0→1) and scaling them effectively (1→100), with a strong emphasis on user experience, market differentiation, and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and drive the overall product strategy and roadmap, aligned with company goals and customer needs.
Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and scale, ensuring delivery of high-quality, user-centric solutions.
Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and accountability.
Partner closely with UI/UX, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to bring products to market and iterate effectively.
Translate business objectives and customer insights into scalable product solutions that drive measurable impact.
Drive initiatives across both software and hardware products (experience with hardware is a strong plus).
Own and monitor key product metrics, using data to inform decisions, optimize performance, and refine strategy.
Conduct market research, user discovery, and competitive analysis to ensure differentiation and relevance in the market.
Champion an agile and iterative product development process to ensure fast, quality delivery and learning.
Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, contributing to long-term product vision and company direction.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in a product leadership or lead PM role.
Proven experience in building and scaling B2B products, especially in startup or high-growth environments.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities with experience mentoring or managing PMs.
Deep understanding of user experience design principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Solid track record of delivering products from 0 to 1 and scaling from 1 to 100.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to guide product decisions and prioritize initiatives.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
Familiarity with AI-driven products is a significant plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in agile methodologies and iterative product development frameworks.
Educational background in technology, engineering, business, or related fields.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, scaling environments.
