All about the role:
We’re now looking for a proactive and structured Product Launch Specialist to join our Global R&D Food Preparation team. You’ll lead New Variant Requests (NVR) from concept to production, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring smooth integration of new components and assemblies into our manufacturing processes.
You will play a key role in the operational execution of product launches, with a strong focus on creating and modifying Bills of Materials (BOMs). Your responsibilities will be departmental and site-specific, working closely with local teams to ensure smooth implementation.
You will act as a liaison between production, quality, logistics, and other departments, supporting documentation and maintaining accurate data. Your role includes leading NVR projects and coordinating cross-functional approvals, ensuring all technical and regulatory requirements—such as specifications, functionality, reliability, manufacturability, environmental impact, and safety—are met throughout the development process.
You’ll be responsible for executing tasks according to established guidelines and contributing to continuous operational improvements. You’ll also provide status updates and operational feedback, helping to track key performance indicators.

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate NVR projects, including ramp-up of new models 
- Manage approvals for prototyping, performance, and quality verification with lab teams 
- Act as technical liaison for departments like Quality, Purchasing, Product, Logistics, and Manufacturing Engineering 
- Ensure project goals are met: timing, cost efficiency, and quality improvements 
- Guarantee compliance with technical specifications, safety, environmental standards, and certifications 
Who you are:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field 
- Solid understanding of manufacturing, mechanical design, and assembly principles 
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and basic safety standards (electrical, gas) 
- Strong communicator with initiative, organizational talent, and a structured work style 
- Fluent English
