As the Product Launch Specialist you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of product launches for our telecommunications products and services. The Product Launch Specialist will play a critical role in driving successful product introductions and maximizing market impact.
Other job functions include:
- Support the execution of product launch strategies and plans for new products, services, and promotions, coordinating implementation activities with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure successful and timely launches.
- Manage and implement billing system updates to support product requirements, business needs, and operational changes, including pricing, promotions, product updates, and other system enhancements.
- Develop and maintain product guides, SOPs, and other documentation to support product launches and operations, keeping materials current and accessible.
- Develop test cases and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate end-to-end ordering, activation, billing, and related processes for new products, promotions, and product updates.
- Provide support to internal teams on product, service order, and billing questions, escalating system issues to IT or other appropriate teams as needed.
- Support pre-launch and post-launch activities, including product readiness activities, migrations, decommissions, and other product-related operational changes.
- Monitor product and promotion performance and stay informed of key trends and developments to provide relevant insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Manage and maintain existing product and billing configurations, ensuring accuracy and providing supporting information for Internal Audit and Finance requests.
- Perform other related duties and special projects assigned to support evolving business priorities.

This is what you need to have:
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in product management, product launches, telecommunications, retail sales or a related field.
- Experience with billing systems, product configurations, pricing, promotions, or related business systems preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external vendors.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to assess product requirements, identify issues and opportunities, and support effective product launch planning and execution.
- Creative mindset with strong written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate and document processes, procedures, and product information.
- Ability to learn and navigate complex billing and business systems, troubleshoot issues, and understand how system changes impact products and customer processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve issues.
- Knowledge of telecommunications products, services, technologies, and market trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar productivity tools.
- Ability to deal with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
- Must possess a valid Guam Driver’s License and be willing to attend trainings at various locations.
- Must be able to work any shift and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary to meet the needs and goals of the business.
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening
