The Role
Your ImpactAs a Product Investment Analyst,  you will play a critical role in shaping DISCO’s strategy by guiding the strategic direction of our portfolio by developing business cases, conducting detailed investment analytics, and monitoring key product metrics. Your work will ensure data driven decisions that maximize ROI, align with organizational priorities, and support the long term success of DISCO. By delivering actionable insights you will enable cross functional teams to prioritize initiatives and measure product success effectivelyWhat You'll Do Your Impact
  • Develop and present data driven business cases for new product initiatives, enhancement, investments, including financial models, cost benefit analysis, and risk assessments 
  • Evaluate resource allocation and funding strategies to optimize ROI for product investments 
  • Define, track, and report on key product metrics (adoption, retention, revenue growth) to measure performance and inform decision making  
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and financial outcomes to identify opportunities and recommend product strategies
  • Partner with product management, product marketing, product strategy, and leadership teams to ensure alignment on priorities, resource allocation and expected outcomes 
  • Regularly assess the effectiveness of product investments and make recommendations for reallocating resources or pivoting strategies 
  • Create executive level reports and dashboards to communicate product performance, ROI  and investment outcomes
Who You Are
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  •  5+ years’ experience in financial analysis and/or operations management 
  • A strategic thinker a strong analytical mindset and the ability to transform data into actionable insights 
  • Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and ROI analysis with a passion for data driven decisions 
  • A details oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment 
  • A collaborative partner that who works effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels in the organization
  • Proficient at synthesizing complex data sets into clear concise reports and presentations for various audiences 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation ability with experience presenting to C-suite 
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and resourceful with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
Even Better If You Have…
  • An M.B.A.
  • Experience in the SaaS or Legal technology industry
  • Highly skilled in data analysis tools (excel, Tableau, Power BI etc)

NYC Pay Range
$130,000$160,000 USD
