The Role

Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a leading global media measurement and optimization platform that delivers the industry’s most actionable data to drive superior results for the world’s largest advertisers, publishers, and media platforms, and we’re looking for a Product Management Intern to join our Programmatic Product Team in NYC. IAS’s software provides comprehensive and enriched data that ensures ads are seen by real people in safe and suitable environments, while improving return on ad spend for advertisers and yield for publishers. As a Product Management Intern, you will help shape our product offering, which enables advertisers and marketers to take actionable insights into their campaigns by leveraging cutting-edge technology and AI at scale. You'll work cross-functionally to develop solutions and implement requirements to solve meaningful problems, drive revenue, and support the growth of IAS products worldwide. The ideal candidate brings energy to our projects, is willing to learn and adapt, and is hyper-focused on executing projects, big or small.

This is a full-time, 10-week internship running from June 2 to August 8, 2025, and pays $30/hour. Applications are due by April 7, 2025. 

What you’ll get to do:

  • Drive execution of programmatic product strategy through close collaboration with Engineering, Data Science, Business Development, and Sales.
  • Run our proprietary data through Machine Learning (ML) models to generate insights and actionable recommendations for our customers.
  • Collaborate with Business Development (BD) across various Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) to traffic our tags and ensure accurate measurement.
  • Perform market research on trends in Programmatic and other channels, such as In-app and Connected Television (CTV).
  • Work with product marketing to ensure IAS's leading programmatic products are easy to consume and have updated documentation.
  • Define health metrics for our programmatic products, helping leadership identify trends and growth opportunities.

You should apply if you have most of this experience: 

  • Strong technical and operational background.
  • Ability to understand, explain, and employ current technological trends, especially around Ads and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
  • Passionate about having a strong impact and contribution.
  • Work well within an agile product development environment with an emphasis on continuous improvement and has a bias for action.
  • Outstanding analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve project goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate with a variety of different audiences.
