IMO Health is a clinical data intelligence business improving how data is used across the healthcare landscape. This position follows a hybrid work model, with three days onsite (Tuesday through Thursday) at our Rosemont HQ, Chicago, or Houston office.
We’re seeking a motivated Product Intern — Data Quality to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in maintaining and improving data accuracy, working closely with product managers, data analysts, and engineering teams. If you have a passion for data integrity, problem-solving, and product development, we want to hear from you!
We have intentions of making a full-time offer to a successful intern in this role. Rising Seniors are preferred for this role.
What You'll Do:
- Assist in developing and implementing data validation processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with the product team to identify data discrepancies and suggest corrective actions.
- Support the creation of data quality dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics.
- Test and document product features, ensuring data flows correctly across systems.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements for new product features.
- Conduct research on industry best practices for data governance and quality control.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and trend identification.
What You'll Need:
- Currently a rising Senior, pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with data querying languages (SQL) or data visualization tools is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Enthusiasm for product management, data quality, and continuous learning.
