Product Integration Engineer

We are looking for a high energy, ambitious, result driven individual with strong work ethic and integrity to join us as a Product Integration Engineer for our Backend Manufacturing site. You will collaborate with Package Development Engineering, Advance Development Technology, Site Operation teams, dedicated to the effective ramp up of new products and packages in Assembly manufacturing site. 

Develop and optimize unit processes to meet the yield and quality requirements of High band width product

Responsibilities:  

• Configure and optimize Package Advance Assembly processes (bumping, wafer bonding, de-bond and backend) for Micron’s memory product.  
• Co-work with technical project management and NPI planner to make NPI shipment on time 
• Manger HBM NPI product yield and Q'ty to meet shipment from customer 
• Finish qualification with centra engineer teams.  
• Assessing processes by knowledge and skills, analyzing product output for yield improving 
• Control change of the materials, process and equipment.  
• Deep fundamental understanding of the key risks in FOP and TSV technologies.  
• Co-work with subcon to deliver Micron HBM product 

Qualifications & Skills: 

• Familiar as integration experience of HBM, WLCSP, FOP, is better.  
• Familiar with Statistic Process Controls 

Education and Experience: 

Experience needed: no 

Masters Degree preferred or Bachelors with 3 years of experience in related field (Physics, Material science, Mechanical Engineering).
