The Product Integration Engineer I, Connectivity supports system-level integration of Connectivity product LRU and software modules under the guidance of experienced engineering, product, and program stakeholders. This role assists with integration planning, execution coordination, technical issue tracking, and deployment readiness activities aligned to program milestones and customer commitments. 

Core Responsibilities 

  • Assist with product integration activities for Connectivity products, including integration planning, readiness, execution coordination, issue tracking, and deployment support 
  • Support development and maintenance of product integration plans, verification approaches, entrance and exit criteria, and related technical documentation 
  • Coordinate assigned integration activities with systems engineering, software, hardware, laboratory operations, suppliers, program teams, and customer-facing stakeholders 
  • Support technical triage for integration and test issues by documenting defects, tracking action items, coordinating updates, and assisting with closure readiness 
  • Help ensure test environments, laboratory assets, product configurations, tools, and data are prepared for system integration milestones and program commitments 
  • Provide coordination support for integration status, risks, dependencies, and readiness across internal and external stakeholders 
  • Track integration and test risks, schedule dependencies, deviations, and changes to commitments, escalating concerns through established channels 
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in integration methods, test execution practices, documentation quality, metrics, and reporting 
  • Support customer engagements, technical reviews, program office requests, and management updates by preparing data, status, and supporting materials 
  • Work with engineering resources to support product integration, verification, validation, and test performance activities  

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience 
  • 0-3 years of experience in product development, systems integration, product integration, verification, validation, test delivery, or a related technical field 
  • Experience supporting hardware, software, systems, aerospace, or technical product testing in a professional or academic environment 
  • Exposure to technical documentation, test planning, requirements verification, lab environments, customer-facing reviews, or product readiness activities 
  • Ability to learn technical processes, follow established procedures, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver assigned work on schedule 
  • Foundational technical judgment with the ability to learn systems, interfaces, configurations, and integration dependencies 

Benefits

The starting pay range for this position is $84,500 - $95,000 per year however, the base pay offered may vary depending on the level of the position, skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.

Skills Required
