Join us in Genoa as Product Innovation Marketing Coordinator, where creativity meets execution and innovation becomes experience.

You will play a pivotal role in bringing Costa’s product innovations to life—transforming ideas into meaningful, distinctive stories that guests can feel across every touchpoint.

In this role, you will help shape how our brand evolves, ensuring that every innovation is not only launched, but truly experienced—creating emotional connections and reinforcing what makes Costa unique in the world of travel.

  • From Product Innovation to Compelling Stories

Contribute to the development of product innovation concepts by providing market and consumer insights, ensuring a strong focus on brand differentiation. Translate selected innovations into clear, structured and engaging narratives, consistent with Costa’s brand identity and campaign frameworks, in close alignment with Brand & Advertising

  • Integrated Activation & Guest Experience Consistency

Plan and execute integrated communication and activation initiatives across onboard and offboard channels (digital, physical and experiential). Ensure consistency, quality and coherence of messaging across all guest touchpoints, working closely with Product and Operations to align the designed experience with its communication

  • End-to-End Execution & Cross-Functional Orchestration

Coordinate the full lifecycle of marketing delivery—from asset creation (content, onboard materials, digital touchpoints and activations) to rollout across markets. Manage stakeholders, timelines and deliverables, partnering with Go-to-Market teams to enable effective distribution, and monitor performance of initiatives to identify optimization opportunities and strengthen brand impact 

What Makes You Unique

  • You bring 5–8 years of experience in Marketing, Product Marketing or Integrated Marketing, ideally in dynamic, international and customer-centric environments
  • You know how to transform concepts into stories—turning product ideas into distinctive, engaging and on-brand narratives 
  • You have proven experience in orchestrating multi-channel campaigns, across digital, physical and experiential touchpoints 
  • You combine strong project management skills with the ability to navigate and align multiple stakeholders effectively
  • You are hands-on, proactive and detail-oriented, with a natural drive to turn strategy into high-quality execution 
  • You are fluent in English and open to travel and onboard experiences, embracing the opportunity to connect closely with our product
  • Willingness to travel regularly

Your employment:

  • Contract type: Open-term, full-time, hybrid
  • CCNL: " Unico dell'Industria Armatoriale - Sezione 15 per il personale di terra". 
  • Salary Range: 45.000 - 55.000€ based on skills and professional experience and individual incentive scheme.
